Chasing fall folliage with Chevrolet

I received a complimentary car loan in exchange for the post, but all comments and opinions are mine. Thanks for supporting the brands that make The Color Palette possible.

Another fall is almost over and once again I didn't visit a single pumpkin patch. However I spent the last days of October driving the brand new Chevy Equinox. If you ask me that was something 10 times more fun because  I've been daydreaming with this car ever since Chevrolet let me borrow it for the first time (and I wrote this post!).

Right after the car was delivered I thought its color was perfect to match with the fall scenery, so the first thing we did was driving it around the city to find a spot with lots of fall foliage and take these pictures. This little coincidence couldn't have worked out better!

I have to admit that I've always been a compact car type of girl. I feel tiny cars are much more convenient to drive around the city and are easier to park. If you live in Chicago you probably know how stressfull those things can be. However, the Chevy Equinox has a ton of Safety features that make driving in a crowded city much better. From alerts that let you know if you’re getting out of your lane, or when it detects a vehicle on your blind side. It also alerts you  when you’re following too close another vehicle  and it even breaks for you  to avoid a collision! By the way, did I mention that I can also connect my phone vía Bluetooth which integrates it on on the dashboard and allows me to control it with voice commands. Talk about cars getting smarter than us!

After driving this car for a few days ,  it is once again at the top of my list.
