This Spring Break I was not only lucky to escape the Cold for a little bit and travel to Florida. I also had the amazing opportunity to partner with Mazda and drive the CX-3 during my trip.

We woke up super early the next morning after we arrived and drove to the Beach.  There are  many beaches within a two hour drive from Orlando and Cocoa Beach is only one of them.  

We went to Lori Park just because we were looking for a quiet spot with a parking lot. Living in Chicago where parking is a "privilege" and the CLOSEST parking lot from our beach lake is a 20 minute walk. We try to take advantage ot the convenient parking lots in another places as much as we can ... I'm not kidding!

On our way to Cocoa Beach, I tried to make Eric stop to get drinks and snacks, but he never listens when he is driving, so we arrived empty handed.  Luckily we found a lovely bungalow-bar hidden in the middle of the beach. There we had nachos for lunch and and adult drink served in a mini bucket. You probably saw them on insta stories, they were as delicious as they looked!

Hace poquito no solamente me de escape del frio por un ratito. Durante mi ultimo viaje estuve colaborando con Mazda y tuve la oportunidad de manejar el CX-3 por Florida.

A la maana siguiente que llegamos, nos levantamos super temprano para manejar a la playa. Cerca de Orlando hay varias playas pero fuimos a Cocoa Beach, mas especificamente al "Lori Park" , el cual leimos es uno de los parques mas tranquilos y ademas tiene estacionamiento justo enfrente. Viviendo en Chicago eso se siente como un privilegio asi que teniamos que aprovecharlo.

Durante el camino a Cocoa Beach trate de hacer que Eric se detuviera para comprar snacks y bebidas, pero como siempre cuando maneja nunca me hace caso asi que llegamos a la playa con las manos vacias. Afortunadamente encontramos un mini bar escondido en el que comimos nachos y unas bebidas de Ron servidas en cubetitas. Si las vieron en instastories? Todo estuvo delicioso!
