Latino Fashion Week Opening Night

Hi there!! Last week I got the chance to attend the 9th year of Latino Fashion week - "TIMELESS". A celebration of the fashion that never goes out of style. I know how much you love to read about these events, and I wouldn't let the chance go by without showing you some pictures of glamorous event.
For all of those who didn't know, Latino Fashion Week was created by Arabel Alva and Cesar Rolon to support the talent of Local, national and international Latino designers. During that week all the runway shows showcase top Latino designers from Central and South America, the Caribbean and the U.S. This five day event not only includes runways but also VIP receptions, after parties, celebrity appearances, fashion lounges and more, making LFW a great opportunity for fashion designers and sponsors to interact with primary celebrities, musical talent, media and consumers. LFW is not just a fashion show. It's a movement "By Latinos, For everyone".

La semana pasada tuve la oportunidad de asistir al 9o Latino Fashion Week titulado "TIMELESS" Una celebración de la moda que llegó para quedarse. Ya se que a ustedes les gusta mucho leer sobre estos eventos asi que no podia de dejar de compartir con ustedes algunas fotos de esta divertida e inspiradora experiencia.
Para todos aquellos que no había oído hablar antes del Latino Fashion Week les cuento un poquito más. LFW fue fundado por Arabel Alva y Cesar Rolon para apoyar el talento de los diseñadores latinos a nivel local, nacional e internacional. Durante una semana las pasarelas de moda presentan a los mejores diseñadores latinos de Centroamerica, sudamerica, el caribe y Estados Unidos. Pero además durante de este evento de 5 días no solo hay pasarelas, también incluyen recepciones VIP, fiestas, presentaciones de celebridades y mas, lo que hace a este evento una gran oportunidad para los diseñadores de moda y patrocinadores para interactuar con los consumidores, celebridades y artistas allí presentes. Latino Fashion Week no es solo un fashion show, es un movimiento: "Por Latinos, para Todos".

Before the runway show started guests were entertained with a fun performance by Chi-Caribena Dance Troupe. These girls can dance!

Then it was time for the runway , and you know my camera is the worst when there is not enough light so I didn't even tried to take pictures but thanks to the photographer Dean Paul who kindly sent this pictures to me, here are some runway moments. Después era hora para empezar la pasarela, como ya saben mi camara no sirve si no hay suficiente luz asi que ni me preocupe por tomar fotos. Gracias al fotógrafo Dean Paul que amablemente me envió algunas fotos de su colección, hoy les puedo enseñar unos cuantos momentos de la pasarela.
