She is my best friend, and I have the honor on calling her mom. My mom has not only been my partner on all my adventures, but she has always been there to listen my stories, to let me know when I'm doing something wrong and of course, to give me advice even if I don't ask for it.

Ella es mi mejor amiga, pero yo tengo el privilegio de poder llamarle mamá. No solo ha sido mi cómplice en todas mi aventuras, también siempre esta ahí para escuchar todas mis historias, regañarme cuando tenía que hacerlo y sobre todo darme consejos aunque muchas veces yo no se los pida.
One of the things she alway used to say to me was "you have to be the best", that was always her motto. I heard it before I went to school, whenever i participated in academic contests or anything thing that i was doing.
Whenever I heard that motto, I used think to myself "mom, nobody can be the best at everything" but I know now that she had a reason to say that.... maybe I can't be the best in everything, but she made me believe that I can do it all, and she taught me to give always my best in everything I do.

Una de las cosas que más he escuchado de ella es "tienes que ser la mejor", ese era siempre su consejo cuando iba a la escuela, cuando participaba en algún concurso y prácticamente en todo momento sin importar la ocasión.
Tengo que admitir que muchas veces lo único que pensaba era "basta mamá deja de exagerar, nadie puede ser el mejor en todo" pero ahora se que tenia una razon para decir eso a cada rato ... tal vez no puedo ser la mejor en todo, pero ella me enseñó a creer que puedo serlo y dar lo mejor de mi en todo lo que hago.
